Take Me Back To La Jolla

I miss this scene and the atmosphere of La Jolla. Painting it feels like I’m transporting myself back there. I wanted to capture the turquoise ocean, the bright white waves, and that calm vibe – with just enough clash to break the stillness in a way that feels right. And that teal building added such a fun, vibrant energy to the whole scene. I don’t want summer to end yet, so I painted this to keep the memory alive.
