Processing Time

Original Paintings: Orders for original artwork will be processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on the size of the paintings and the location, it might take another 7-14 days to arrive.

Merchandise: Orders for merchandise (prints, postcards, stickers) will be processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on the size of the merchandise and the location, it might take another 7-14 days to arrive.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location.

Free Shipping
I offer free standard shipping on all orders, both for original paintings and merchandise. This applies to domestic U.S. shipping only.

International Shipping
At this time, I do not offer international shipping directly through the store. However, if you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing, please get in touch with me at jan[dot]simmala[dot]art[at]gmail[dot]com, and we’ll work to make it happen!

Original Paintings

Returns: Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition, or refunds won't be issued.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches me safely.

Merchandise (Prints, Postcards, Stickers)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return
