Commissions
1. Reach Out: Contact me at jan[dot]simmala[dot]art[at]gmail[dot]com with your ideas. Please send me 1-3 reference images that inspire you, along with pictures or links of my painting style that you’d like your commission to follow.
2. Discuss Your Vision: We’ll talk about the size, style, and any specific details you’d like included in your piece, along with pricing.
3. Payment Structure:
- A 50% deposit is required before starting your commission.
- The remaining balance is due before shipment, at the time of pickup, or upon local delivery.
4. Creation: I’ll keep you updated throughout the process as I bring your artwork to life. Typically, it takes about a month to complete a painting, depending on the complexity and my current schedule.
5. Delivery: Your finished piece will be shipped directly to you at no extra cost! Local pickup or delivery can also be arranged, too!

Pricing Structure:
Here’s what to expect for pricing:
- Small (up to 12” in width or height): $150 - $300
- Medium (up to 30” in width or height): $300 - $600
- Large (up to 40” in width or height): $800 - $1,500
Prices can increase based on extra detail or elements added. For example, a painting sized 10”x30” could cost $300 for a cleaner design or $500 for a more intricate piece.
Framing Options:
If you’d like your artwork framed, I offer the following options for an additional cost:
Small (up to 12” in width or height): $80
Medium (up to 30” in width or height): $100
Large (up to 40” in width or height): $200
